The most amazing part of art, to me, is when you get a sudden flash of inspiration.
Sue and I were driving back from lunch today, and we were listening to the “Yellow Submarine” soundtrack. The song “Hey Bulldog” came on, and suddenly I had an image in my head.
Four hours later (including a quick break for dinner), I had a painting.
